A special 7-day online programme with the power of mantra, healing meditation techniques and our songs of peace.
Along with the music and the mantras, we will share methods to open the voice through specific healing sounds, and introduce you to the ‘Divine Healing Exercises’ – a series of sacred movements we learnt in Osho’s ashram and have adopted in our lives ever since. As we all know, singing and chanting is not separate from day-to-day life – in fact the more intense the world becomes, the more essential mantra practice becomes. So for this programme we have chosen specific mantras, all containing a gentle power to ease the heart and relax the busy mind. 77-minute Daily Live Sessions (10am PDT) – available for 24 hours
Individual Live Hangout sessions with Deva, Miten and Manose on 4th, 5th and 6th day of the event. This is an opportunity to ask questions and be together in a more casual and spontaneous space.
